Amendment in the Scheme for setting up of 1000 MW of Grid-connected Solar PV Power Projects By CPSUs/ Govt. Organizations Under various Central/ State Schemes/self-use/3rd party sale/merchant sale with Viability Gap Funding (VGF) under Batch-V of Phase II Of JNNSM.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Ministry’s Administrative Approval of Even number dated 16/01/2015 on the above subject, and to state that considering the requests received from various CPSUs/ Govt. organisations like NTPC., Railways etc for Advance Release of VGF Amount. It Has been decided with the approval of the competent Authority to amend the existing provisions in paragraph 4(v) of the aforesaid scheme, in the following manner-
