Experience : 2-8yrs
Following are the points for BD person for Solar Panel for .
Education:
a. BE, B.Tech EE (preferable but not desirable) / MBA / Any graduate
Interpersonal Skills:
a. Should have good communication skills both in verbal & spoken English
b. Presentable
c. Confident in meeting with the decision makers and top management
d. Should have managerial qualities like decision making, leadership, solution oriented etc
JD:
1. Should be from Institutional sales or corporate sales background – Should have contacts in the following areas
a. Schools & colleges
b. Large & small offices
c. Industries factories & plants
d. Hospitals & Clinics
e. Petrol Pump owners
f. Real Estate companies
g. Govt Deptts & PSUs
2. Should be a go-getter and result oriented person
3. Consistent in achieving the set targets
4. Should not be hesitant in making cold calls
Others:
a. Should have own conveyance
