Gefran S.p.A. announces the sale of the PV business
Gefran Group announces a preliminary agreement for the sale of all rights and know how related to the technology of photovoltaic products to Rishabh Instruments, primary Indian group active in the design and manufacturing of measuring and control instruments. The transaction is in line with the objectives of the Gefran Group’s business plan, which indicates a focus on core businesses and an intense specialization in higher added value activities.
Gefran Group’s President, Ennio Franceschetti, is pleased to note: “Rishabh Instruments is the most suitable industrial partner for further expand the technological expertise developed by Gefran on photovoltaic inverters. The terms of the agreement will include Gefran’s assistance on existing PV
plants in Europe “. The details of the agreement, which will be closed in the coming weeks, are still being finalized.
