Job description
Position Summary: Solar is amongst the fastest growing sectors of Indian economy. Also it has a long runway available for atleast 3 decades. The Indian solar growth like in US will be driven by innovative and easy financing. We want to be a key player in the solar finance business. One of the crucial elements to achieve this objective will be to ensure that the financed projects are built to highest quality standards.
Your role will be to supervise and manage end to end project implementation of rooftop solar projects. Additionally you shall be responsible for managing the O&M for the projects. You should have relevant experience of managing project implementation of atleast 5 rooftop solar projects of capacities > 50 KWp each including atleast 1 project of greater than 200 KWp.
Ideal candidate will meet following requirements:
Should have a good understanding and experience of solar PV projects.
Should be a learning machine and be able to develop an expertise in other areas related to end-to-end project implementation including procurement, project quality, testing, operations & maintenance and project monitoring.
The candidate should be in love with engineering and have hunger for learning
Should be able to roll up their sleeves and ensure that objectives are met
Should be open to travel
Should have atleast 2 years of experience in solar PV projects
Educational Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech
