KP Energy and GE India Industrial (P) Limited have signed up definitive agreements for development of 300MW Wind Power Project (120 Wind Turbine Generators of 2.5 MW each) at Kutch, Gujarat. The project will be connected with ISTS (Inter State Transmission System) Network in Kutch. This is in furtherance to the Term Sheet Agreement signed up between the parties.
Shares of K.P. Energy Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.221 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 230. The total number of shares traded during the day was 800 in over 1 trades.
