OBJECTIVE: Sanridh Solar is in the expansion phase and wish to hire Management Trainees to carry out the marketing and business development activities in the following sectors:
Education Sector Schools, Colleges & Universities
Industries & Factories
Large & Small Offices
Petrol Pumps
POST / ROLE: Management Trainees
EDUCATION: MBAs preferred
AREAS TO BE COVERED: Delhi / NCR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operational
o Make 6 calls per day
o Meet the concerned person
o Identify whos who & decision maker
o Identify the connected load
o Identify the needs & requirements
Sales & Marketing
o Make phone calls from the data
o Make cold calls in the above sectors
o Generate Leads & Enquiries in the assigned areas
o Make the customers aware about the solar energy
Reports & Reporting
o Fill Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports
o Weekly Reviews

Salary: Fixed plus variables
Incentives: As per company policy
