Dynamic Energy Solutions, LLC (Dynamic Energy) and the New York State Grange are pleased to announce that a solar panel system is now helping to meet a portion of the electricity needs of Grange’s Cortland Headquarters, in Central New York. The Cortland County Grange, which operates the New York State Grange Museum, just completed a project with Dynamic Energy, a leading New York State solar developer, builder and financer.

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) facilitated the project through its solar incentives program under NY-Sun, a statewide initiative under Governor Andrew M. Cuomo to increase the number of solar electric systems across the State. The project at the Cortland County Grange was designed, built and financed by Dynamic Energy, which will also own and operate the installation.

“The New York State Grange has been operating in New York since 1873,” said Stephen C. Coye, Master, NYS Grange, “this project is in line with our long-term goal of promoting stable and healthy communities.”

“The New York State Grange has one of the deepest histories in the U.S. of serving the community and advocating for cleaner air and water. Turning to renewable solar energy was a logical choice for them, and we were proud to help make it happen,” said Mike Perillo, CEO of Dynamic Energy.

There are more than 175 local Granges in New York State with a total membership of more than 5,000.
