Notice of public Consultation on the Small-scale Solar Photovoltaic Energy Netting Regulation
The Regulation and Supervision Bureau for the Water, Wastewater and Electricity Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi (the Bureau) hereby notifies all interested parties of its intention to issue a Regulation for small-scale solar Photovoltaic Energy Netting and a Solar PV Installation Guidance Document. The Bureau would like to invite comments and feedback on the Regulation and Installation Guidance from all interested parties involved in the supply, design, construction, installation, testing, maintenance or operation of small-scale solar photovoltaic installations in any premises. We encourage any interested party to use this opportunity to communicate their views to the Bureau.
An electronic version of the consultation document may be viewed and downloaded from the RSB website at http://www.rsb.gov.ae. Interested parties are requested to provide their comments and feedback on the Regulations in writing by no later than 8 December 2016.
