(India) Solar Cell Factory utility power system section manager
Description:
The person in this role, reporting to Hareon solar cell factory utility department manager, will be responsible for supporting Hareon Solars cell factory utility power system in India. As a core part of the founding team, this person will new equipment introduction, and training new hire and trained by the trainer in the Indian solar cell factory and the utility air condition system team. This person need good communication skill and enjoy supporting the production related activities. And, good working attitude and integrity in daily operation and continuous innovation
This role will be challenging yet rewarding. Being a member of a small founding team, this person will have a wide range of responsibilities relating to Hareons Indian solar cell factory business.
The position will be based in APSEZ at Atcutapuram of Visakhapatnam District, Hareons solar cell factory and may require travel to China for technology transfer and training.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for power system design and setup.
Define RFQ (Request for Quotation) of power system.
Monitor schedule and quality of engineering for fab setup.
Power system maintenance and improvement.
Responsible for hookup planning and execution.
Power related meeting and risk assessment activities coordination.
Conduct compliance auditing and follow improvement status.
Power system training program execution.
Contractors’ safety management.
FAB power issues management and continuously improvement.
Provide a stable/Specific utility system to fulfill solar solar cell production requirement.
Engineering management & Project coordination.

Experience in alone working in solar or semiconductor field.
Conversance in specification of power system.
Conversance in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint & Word & Porject
Education-
UG: Any Graduate – Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
PG:Any Postgraduate
