Job Description
Swelect Energy Systems – HHV ST is looking for an experienced and energetic sales executive to serve as a Regional Sales executive (Sales/Marketing) in its renewable energy business .
Region: Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Madyapradesh
Based at : Bangalore and Coimbatore

Requirements:
Candidate must have min. 1 years experience in Solar PV module & systems sales and min. 2 years experience in sales and marketing field.
Candidate must know Kannada, Hindi and English and any other regional language is an added advantage.
Should be a graduate in any discipline, preference will be given for electrical and electronics back ground
Should be ready to travel anywhere in India
Exposure to ISO standards will be an added advantage
Should have good communication skills
Should be willing to work with targets and should achieve it.
Job Profile:
Sales and marketing of solar PV modules and solar based solutions.
Candidates to work closely with nodal agencies, various EPC people, customers to get the orders.
Candidate should have a good communications and updates with dealers and dealer network
Should have a good knowledge of the industry with current status and updates
Should know the process of tenders and documents
Should have thorough knowledge of product certification and process
Should have good knowledge of solar solutions like off grid, on grid, gross & net metering systems etc.,
Should have fairly a good knowledge of materials and their qualities pertaining to solar
Candidate to work closely with factory and the customer to get the orders, process it until shipment & collection are completed.
Candidate to develop a good customer touch base and enhance the customer base
Candidate should have good energy and enthusiasm to deal with customers and should be smart enough to grab the orders.
Good knowledge of costing / commercials will be an added advantage
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 4,00,000 P.A. Base salary plus sales incentives based on the target achieved
