Team Leader – Solar Pumps
Job Description:
Are you a superstar in Renewable Energy Systems Engineering & Execution?
Engineering and Design Responsibilities:
- Preparing the BOM as per the design and the renewable energy application. This can entail SolarPV or Solar
- Creating new solaroff-grid products, engineering, piloting, budgeting and commercializing them.
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of pumps, energy storage, solarthermal, electrical drives, cables, etc. and solarsystems in general.
- Expertise in electrical, electronics, civil and mechanical properties related to Solar
- Optimizing the costs for all new projects with designing the best system considering lowest long term running costs performance.
- Shortlisting quality vendors while designing the system.
Servicing Responsibilities:
- Managing the team to resolve complaints on phone & if not than appointing the relevant person for repairing of pumps & attending service calls.
- Managing the team to diagnose breakdown problems.
- Planning for resources for the repairs & work with management to arrange the same.
- Creating a base of service contractors for solarpumps and managing them.
Execution and Project Management Responsibilities:
- Maintaining complicated schedules, develop project timelines, and manage people and materials to complete jobs on schedule time and within budgeted guidelines.
- Creating a base of installation contractors and managing them.
- Keeping track of the contractors for budget, timelines and quality.
- Creating and maintaining liaison and contacts with local utilities and state agencies/officials.
- Having experience of documentation for pumps with government agency, energy agency or any other technical agency.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the performance and productivity of installation sub-contractors and the team.
- Having experience in leadership and managing the team. (Number of executives to manage could be between 2-15 and contractors to manage can be between 1-7).
- He should be willing to travel for 20 days in a month.
- Should have experience of execution of 1000 solarpump preferably in western India.
- Daily reporting on all aspects of project to management.

Salary:INR 4,25,000 – 4,75,000 P.A. Best in the industry

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Degree in electrical, mechanical or civil engineering. A Masters with emphasis in renewable energy will be strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency using all MS Project, Auto CAD, PV Syst, Microsoft Applications, and relevant solarengineering software.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English a must.
Salary Range – 4.2 Lacs to 4.8 Lacs

UG:B.Tech/B.E. – Civil, Electrical, Mechanical
