We are now looking for an energetic

Administrative Assistant

for our Renewable Energy Business unit in Bangalore, India. If you are well-organized and enjoy diverse tasks, apply today.

You would be responsible for managing the day-to day administration of logistics, accounting, marketing, human resource and facility management work for 3TIER India office. You would work closely with the 3TIER India Management as well as with the Global Energy Unit´s Finance Manager, HR Manager and Marketing Manager.

Your key responsibilities include:
Ensure timely and cost effective management of inbound and outbound logistics for 3TIER India office
Work closely with EY, Vaisala Finance and local management to support timely and accurate management of accounting work like Invoicing, follow up on Account Receivable, process Vendor Payment, track and report financial performance of 3TIER India office, MIS report generation etc.
Work closely with the global ERG marketing manager and 3TIER India Sales Manager to support marketing activities in the region.
Work closely with the global ERG HR manager as the local site HR co-ordinator for 3TIER India office.
Manage day-to-day activities in the 3TIER India facility.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration (Master’s Degree preferable but nor mandatory)
4- 5 years previous experience as Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant / Company Secretary in a MNC.
Exposure to global work environment, preferably having worked with teams across US and EU
Strong quantitative skills
Ability to prioritize and self-manage day to day work
Exhibit attention to detail
Self-initiated and willingness to learn new things
Ability to communicate clearly and pro-actively, good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work semi-independently in a team-oriented atmosphere where close and effective coordination with other professionals is essential for success.
Expertise with Microsoft Office
Experience with Oracle or other ERP solutions
Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms like MSD.
