OREDA, Bhubaneswar has filed this petition under Section142 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for non-compliance of the order dated 30.09.2010 of the Commission passed in Suo Motu proceeding in Case No.59 of 2010 regarding OERC (Renewable and Co-generation Purchase Obligation and its Compliance) Regulations, 2010 framed under Sections 61, 66, 86(1)(e) and 181 of the said Act by the Obligated Entities and Co-generating Captive Power Plants of Odisha.
