This case was heard on 22.09.2015 by the then Chairman and two Members and the order was reserved. Some additional information/documents were required before issue of the final order and the same was received after the retirement of the Ex -Chairman; hence, the order could not be finalized before the Ex-Chairman demitting the office. The two Members of the Commission who heard this case on 22.09.2015 were authorised to issue final order in this case under clause 9 (1) of BERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005, after getting the desired information/documents from the petitioner, BSP(H)CL.
