Job Description:
Job Profile: 1. Designing the plumbing and fire fighting using national & international codes and standards. 2. Layout preparation and approval. 3. Coordination with other services like HVAC/ Electrical/ ARCH. 4. Preparation of bill of quantities. 5. Ordering of material. 6. Preparation and approval of material, technical data sheets. 7. Competancy in design/ calculations for following aspects, – STP/WTP/ swimming pool – Sanitary drainage (Flushing & Sewer) – Storm water drainage – Cold & hot water domestic system
- Solar hot water system – Rain water system/ irrigation system – Tank selection/ sizing – Pump head calculation/ water balancing chart – Design of fire and sprinkler system – Hydraulic calculations – Basic knowledge of fire alarm system – Knowledge about various codes/ standards/ NFPA etc
