Job description

  • Lead team of BD managers in proposal preparation and proposal level costing for Solar PV Module Mounting Structure (MMS) in co-ordination with design and commercial team.
  • Develop business strategy for customer acquisition, proposal & bidding, tendering, contract negotiation and contract closures to drive sales for fixed /seasonal tilt and Tracker solutions to achieve yearly business target of +200 Cr Sales.
  • Responsible for receivables as % of sales to deliver healthy cash flow for the business.
  • Preparation of business plan and go to market strategies for roof top and export market opportunities and work with group companies and global technology suppliers for tie ups to grow significant business volume in domestic and International markets.
  • Prepare business plan for new market opportunities to diversify business interest in new area of Solar and renewable energy space.
  • Drive Marketing initiatives (trade shows, media footprint, articles / interview write-ups, website & brochure development etc.)
  • Drive team performance and change management to achieve business excellence.
  • Visiting Customer for MMS Presentation/discussion, follow up as per the requirement.
  • Circulating current solar MMS market updates within team. Attend Solar exhibitions.
