In the Matter of: Petition seeking approval and adjudication of disputes under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 in terms of the Power Purchase Agreement dated 30.04.2010 for 25 MW Solar Power Project of the Petitioner with GUVNL regarding (i) considering the period from 07.04.2012 to 31.12.2018 as Force Majeure Event and (ii) Changes in the definition of Construction Default Date, Scheduled Commercial Operation Date, Article 2.2 pertaining to Licences, permits and conditions precedents, Article 4.3 pertaining to liquidated damages for delay in commissioning the project/solar thermal grid interconnectivity power plant beyond Scheduled Commercial Operation Date and extend the time limit for Scheduled Commercial Operation Date to 31.12.2018.
