This has reference to the RfS No: SECI/cont./01/2016/500 dated 22.04.2016 regarding “500 MW Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV System Scheme”.
The Letters of Award (LoAs) have been finalized on 28.10.2016. All the successful bidders are requested to arrange to collect their LOAs in person by sending their authorized representatives (must carry the Authorization Letter on Company’s Letter Head along with their ID proof) from SECI’s office latest by Friday i.e. 4th November, 2016.
SECI may also arrange to send the same by post/courier on the request of the bidders. However, SECI shall not bear any responsibility for delays/lost in transit, if any, in delivery of the same.
SECI shall not bear any responsibility, in case there’s any delay on part of the bidders with respect to LOA acceptance timelines.
