The Maharashtra State Regulatory Commision has formulated and notified the MERC (Net Metering for Solar Rooftop Systems) Regulations, 2015 on 10th Sep 2015. Accordingly Commercial Circular No. 258 under reference 2 is released. Following methodology will be used for billing.
