In accordance with the Renewable Energy Sources Act ( EEG ) and the Annexes Regulatory Ordinance (AnlRegV), the Federal Network Agency publishes the photovoltaic systems ( PV plants ) recorded in the previous calendar month, including the sum of the newly installed capacity of PV, up to the last day of each calendar month Facilities . The sum of the reported newly installed capacity of the subsidized PV installations is for the month

January 2017 117.271 MWp
Please note that this add-on value contains 3,437 MWp PV- free area installations, which must be reported in the annexes of the Federal Network Agency since 1 March 2015 according to the AnlRegV .

The published monthly value also includes all subsequent registrations of older investments. The high number of follow-up registrations since autumn 2014 is mainly due to a new duty on the part of network operators. In the AnlRegV, which has been in force since 1 August 2014, network operators are obligated to inform the system operators of their obligation to register at the Federal Network Agency in the PV data portal .
Individual correction messages, which are subsequently received, do not lead to any re-publication of the monthly values. In the quarterly determination of new Renewable Energy Efficiency Rates for PV plants and for the determination of the overall expansion, however, the correction reports on these deadlines are taken into account.

Messages for January 2017 (xlsx / 220 KB)

Messages in CSV format (FileTypecsv / 201 KB)

The list contains the data received at the Federal Network Agency with the following data:

Date of receipt
Postcode of PV plant
Location of the PV plant
State of the PV plant
Installed rated power of the PV plant
Proportion of installed nominal power with regard to subsidized PV installations

Please note:

The date of receipt refers to the date of registration of the PV system at the Federal Network Agency and may deviate from the actual date of commissioning the installation. For example, the registration may lie in the case of a shift of the initially planned commissioning before or in the case of a delayed message after commissioning. The reported installed capacity of the individual data messages is not with the overall performance of the system to be equated . If, for example, a free-space system is gradually put into operation, data transmissions to the Federal Network Agency are usually made successively and are entered on different days. The installed nominal power of the entire system can not be taken from the lists.

Data notifications from 1 August 2014 to 31 December 2016

Total annex of after EEG subsidized PV systems
The Federal Network Agency publishes the sum of the installed capacity of all subsidized PV installations installed on the last day of the previous calendar month within the scope of the EEG :

Deadline Installed capacity of all subsidized PV installations Partial value 1 Partial value 2 *
31 January 2017 41.341 MWp 30.775 MWp 10.566 MWp
The value is composed of two partial values:

Sub-value 1: Plant output, which has been recorded since 2010 by the PV -mode procedure of the Federal Network Agency. Period from 1 January 2010 to 31 January 2017.
Partial value 2: Plant output of plants which were commissioned before 2010. The data of the transmission system operators of the billing year 2010 regarding the installed capacity of the PV systems according to § 49 para. 5 EEG are used as the basis for the Federal Network Agency .
* Until 31 July 2014, according to the EEG 2012, the total extension for PV plants was determined from the data of transmission system operators ( TSOs ) as a supplementary sub-value and the addition of the PV- Register of the Federal Network Agency from this date. With the entry into force of the new EEG 2014 on 1 August 2014 was set by law, that the total additional construction in the future of the data the TSO before 1 January 2010 and reported additional construction of PV composed -Melderegisters from this point ( § 49 para. 5 EEG ). The legislator took this change into account, That in 2009 there was no statutory sanction in the form of a fee reduction for reporting in the PV- Mental portal. As a result, fewer plants were reported than put into operation during the first year of reporting. The difference to the TSO data for the accounting year 2009 amounted to 644 MWp . This inaccuracy will be fixed with effect from 30.09.2014 and the number of the total installed capacity (total expansion) will be set correspondingly upward. The difference to the TSO data for the accounting year 2009 amounted to 644 MWp . This inaccuracy will be fixed with effect from September 30, 2014, and the total installed capacity (total expansion) will be set accordingly. EEG conveyor sets for PV systems
In principle, the Federal Network Agency publishes quarterly the sum of the installed capacity of all subsidized PV installations , which are used to determine and publish the subsidies for PV plants valid for the following quarter . Correction reports on already published monthly values are taken into account.

The table below contains the partial monthly figures adjusted for this value and the applicable remuneration rates for PV plants for the following quarter.
