Job description – Contract & Material Executive
Timely placing of work order & procurement of Materials and maintaining their files.
Co-ordination with Site Staff for Material
Responsible for smooth functioning of site by materials management
Liaise with Accounts Payable Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Planning, budgeting and forecasting of Materials.
Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety.
Negotiating with Vendors for best rate/ Credit Days
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment’s
Build & develop relationship with key suppliers & customer
Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods with users & take preventive action
Follow the approval process for materials quantity & specification if not given
Negotiate with Sub Contractors and Laborers
Arrange for disposal of surplus materials
Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
Experience: 1 to 4yrs
Candidates having experience into Solar Industry & dealing with overseas suppliers preferred
