To maximize the sales of the company by winning new projects in SOLAR rooftop and to ensure the commercial success by identifying new markets and business opportunities and following it up successfully.
Maintain strong sales follow-up program and secure final sale. Lead the project teams that are formed from divisions and distributors to successfully create, submit and execute project bids
Call on Engineers, Architects, Builders, Designers and other trades , liason with various Govt and private institutions for Solar projects.
Manage new project scope from sale to completed installation.
Manage client communication throughout project timeline. Monitor ongoing project needs and lead regularly scheduled project meetings to identify required actions and its timely completion
Manage client expectations with installation team abilities, Guide and ensure technical team for efficient and excellent installations.
Must be results focused, and utilize effective metrics to measure project progress and effectiveness of achieving project goals. Overall goals include attainment of the company and customer business objectives; consistent and timely delivery of products and services;
