Rajkot: Design, Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 10 KW pv solar lighting system at DRMs office

The  Divisional  Railway  Manager  (Electrical),  Western  Railway,  Rajkot  invites  sealed  tenders  in prescribed forms for the following works. The forms costing Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 2500/- if required by post) non-refundable, will be issued from 10.00 hrs. of 07.01.2016 to 11.00 hrs. of 05.02.2016, received up to 14.30  hrs  on  05.02.2016  and  opened  at  15.00  hrs  on  05.02.2016.  The  tender  not  accompanied  by Earnest Money in any of the forms as indicated in the tender papers will be summarily rejected. Tender fees under Indian Postal Order, Demand Draft and Money Order will not be  accepted  and  should  be remitted with any of the Station Master of the Western Railway and Money Receipt in original should be deposited  to  this  office  for  obtaining  the  tender  forms  on  any  working  day.    Railway  do  not  take responsibility in case of request for purchase of tender form by post, if not received due to postal or any other delay. In case the intended date for opening of tender is declared as holiday, the tenders will be issued,  received  and  opened  on  the  next  working  day  at  the  same  times  and  place.  The  offers incorporated with deviations from tender specifications will liable to be  rejected without assigning any reason.
