Roles and Responsibilities
-Job Posting and sourcing candidates through various Job sites, social networking sites etc.
-Preliminary screening/short-listing the right Candidate’s profile against joib description.
-Coordinating with the respective HOD’s to seek feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions or special requirements.
-Conduct initial HR interviews (Telephonic) to check technical skills, communication Skills, interest levels, etc.
-Coordinating with the Interview Panels and schedule the Interviews accordingly.
-Technically sound knowledge. (Preferable from Solar/Power Industry)
-Closing the positions within the TAT.
-Follow up with the candidate after roll-out of the offer.
– MBA is must
