Regional Manager – O & M – Solar Energy – ( Tamil Nadu Region)
Job Description:
1. Prepare and deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) in line with companys business/growth plan like, but not limited to, recruitment, COGs and OPEX budget, subcontractors, spares planning etc.2. Deliver targeted % gross margin for the geographies, responsible for.3. Ensure 100% technical and operational (safety, electrical, environmental etc.) compliances applicable for the state(s).4. Drive O&M contract finalization with customer as well as subcontractor and ensure delivery of contractual obligations throughout the term of the contract.5. Customer relationship interaction, meeting, reporting, grievance redressal6. Vendor management development, render service(s) as per agreement, timely payment7. Represent state(s) in various review forums internal as well as external8. Be responsible for ensuring safe work environment9. Drive implementation of all initiatives related to EH&S, performance improvement, cost optimization including the one planned at a Corporate level10. Face the various audits as required and applicable11. Host and facilitate site visit, as applicable, by the customer, visitor, Government officials e.g. but not limited to Labor Officer, Electrical Inspector etc.12.
