Job Description
- 1.For Asst. Production Manager,Production Planning and control.
- Improving the productivity with quality and compliance of product standards by implementing new test.
- set-ups and by implementation of Lean manufacturing system like 5s Philosophy, JIT, Kaizen, Six sigma, TQM, TPM etc.
- Achieving targets and deadlines as per Schedules.
- Managing raw materials consumption and minimize scrap.
- Designing of Modules as per customer requirements and product standards.
- Knowledge on IEC, UL & MNRE guidelines. Also ISO 9001,14001,18001.
- Training schedules for new employees and operators.
- Having knowledge of all machines including (Auto Tabber Stringer, Conveyor line, EL tester, lamination,framing machine, Sun simulator and QC equipments etc.)
- Preparing & monitoring preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining machine uptime and health condition.
- Attending Break down and resolving issues without disturbing the production activities.
- Maintenance spare part management and find out local substitute
- 2.For Module Sales Manager/Business Development Manager Sales of Solar
- PV modules through dealers, distributor network and product integrators
- Increase Sales and expand channel network in the assigned area
- Identify and target new prospective clients
- Identify and evaluate new markets and new profitable business opportunities
- Convert leads to customers through effective sales presentations
- Organize appointments for scheduling and attend customer home visits for initial prospect, sale, and close
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling sales visits during daytime, evenings, or weekends and plan around customer availability
- Consistently utilize ERP system and proficiently log all activities throughout the entire sales process
- Maintain records and reports to build a pipeline of customers for current and future prospecting while managing assigned territory
- Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting workgroups
- Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
- Keeping a watch on Competitors strategy through market research and Benchmarking prices
- Education Qualification : Post Graduate with MBA in Marketing
- Experience : 1 to 5 Year in Solar Module Sales
- 3.For Stringer Operator (Spire & Eco-Pragati), EL-Laminator, QC Head
- ITI, Diploma, BE (Electrical, Manitenance) with 1 to 3 Year Experience in Solar Indutry.
- Technically Sound Person.
- 4. For Custom Manager Manage the Custom Work related for the Company Located in a Special Economic Zone
- Qualification : BA, B.Com
- Experience : 1 to 2 Year
Salary: INR 1,25,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
