Title: Head – Sales (Solar Optimizer)
Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer
Direct Reports: 4 – 6 Sales Team members

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.
Catalyse all resources required to close a deal from customer – product, engineering and operations. Manage all aspects of an account to successful closures.
Develop and manage channels for sales and sales support activities
Lead and manage a compact and highly effective sales team
Develop brand strategy for different customer segments
Demonstrable track record of achieving revenue targets
Ability to user personal and professional network to generate leads
High resilience and energy in a fast paced and changing environment
Strong Stakeholder Management skills – Both Internal and External Partners
High caliber written and spoken communication skills
Able to communicate and deal with the different levels of the organization across functions
Profile and Qualifications
You need an MBA degree from a good institute. Engineering background is a must.
Age: 30 – 32. Experience: 8 – 10 years in enterprise sales in reputed companies. B to B experience is preferable, but not mandatory. Experience in solar products/services and or power companies will be an added advantage. Excellence in spoken and written communication, ability to work with data and presentation skills are mandatory
