We are searching for a Sr. Director Operations to help us with the following:
This position will lead three different teams namely, (1) Supply Chain Management, (2) Procurement and (3) Sales Operations.
The teams will work closely with Sales, Channel Partners, Product Management, Finance and directly with customers to ensure Enphase is positioned as excellent in business Operations.
In addition, this leader will be expected to provide management expertise as a key leader in the recently launched Enphase India office, assisting the site manager with operational aspects associated with starting up a new office and teams.
Skills & Requirements
Business Process: Implementing and maintaining different process intended towards customers’ satisfaction
Supply Chain Management: On-time delivery of products with right quality and price to customer.
Demand Planning: Generating monthly statistical forecast reports; maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for demand planning processes and systems. Do forecast analysis by utilizing the best methods and establish respective inventory targets.
Customer Order Promising, Production Scheduling: Managing Customer Order Scheduling, Production Scheduling, Work Order Releasing and Progress Monitoring. Interaction with Customers and Key stake holders in delivery performance tracking.
Inventory Control: Establish and Manage inventory targets as per stipulated guidelines.
Procurement / Materials Management: Create and implement the procurement strategy by developing / modifying strategy for purchase raw materials. The Enphase Buyer/Planner team facilitates an effective materials procurement process through work with vendor team leads to sustain delivery of products, assembly processes, and services to meet business requirements. Driving cost and time effective delivery of quality components through key vendor relationships is critical. Planning and controlling all requisite activities, ordering, inspection, expediting & tracking, reporting, payment processing, etc. are also part of the job.
Sales Operations: Sales Operations team plays a key role in providing hands-on tactical execution support to sales and direct customers. The team will have highly analytical skills, and will require data management to ensure data is clean and accurate to track progress towards goals and develop solutions that improve customer experience, drive sales and improve internal processes. This team will be responsible for automating quarterly business reviews, building a data warehouse (DataMart), maintaining rebate database and calculations, automation of sales incentive compensations, automation of POS reports, market intelligence reports, etc
Experience And Education
BS/BE degree in engineering
15+ years of proven expertise in managing engineering and business operations in a product company
Strength and experience leading people (directly and indirectly) with change management corporate-wide initiatives and proven results
Ability to present to employees, executives and customers
Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to lead via influence, patience and determination
Strong organizational, written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Keen analytical acumen, bias towards data-driven analysis and decision-making
