In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (zp) of sub-section (2) of section 181 read with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, hereby proposes to make the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Cogeneration and Generation of Electricity from Renewable Sources of Energy) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2010 which was published in the M.P. Gazette on 19.11.2010
