Roles and responsibility:
● Identify and generating leads and following them till closing.
● Developing new sales channel partners across the designated region
● Developing new sales channel partners across the designated region
● Bringing in business from EPC and from end customer of solar PV solar products.
● Calling prospects and travel to meet them personally.
● understanding customer’s needs finding solution and offering best solutions.

● Identify events and represent the firm at Exhibitions and other PR spaces to increase business presence
● Maintain close communication and relationship with every customer.
● Provide our Sales Management Team with reports, analysis and recommendations to continuously improve the performance of our sales efforts.
● Communicate all product line changes to customers, including pricing, new products, an obsolescence of products
● Be constantly updated and informed about new and updated ways to reach clients through physical and digital marketing channels.
● Co-ordinatation with back office support and logistic team to ensure smooth delivery of components.

● Able and willing to drive commercial transactions and projects to closure aggressively
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills
● 2-10 years or more of work experience; MBA with an engineering background preferred.
● At least 2 years in Business Development/ Sales in a company
● Preferably experienced in solar or related field (energy eff., renewable energy, high tech mfg., etc.)
● Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
● Passion for bringing renewable energy technologies to market.
● 2-10 years or more of work experience; MBA with an engineering background preferred.
● At least 2 years in Business Development/ Sales in a company
● Preferably experienced in solar or related field (energy eff., renewable energy, high tech mfg., etc.)
● Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
● Passion for bringing renewable energy technologies to market.
