1) Should have good knowledge of Solar Photo voltaic & electrical components.
2) Should have good knowledge and experience in Solar Off-Grid & Grid Connected projects
3) Expert in Electrical Wiring Connections
4) Experience and knowledge with Charge controllers, Inverters, batteries, and their connections/wiring
5) Inverter matching & maintenance of solar PV system.
