Update PR / Enquiry /and Purchase Order Work Daily basis in online with status, Update daily basis in SAP system, Updation SAP as per management requirement.
PR Generate, PR Process, PO Process, Pending document updating & review Daily Basis.
Local & International Purchase & follow-up, Update Maintain Mini-max Level.
Payment Follow up with HO, Vendor Registration Process with supporting Trial Orders.
Pen PO online status Closing of Unwanted Purchase Orders, ISO Document Updation.
Dealing with China and international market
To maintain the Price List /contract file separately Vendor wise,
Consumable item vendor set as JIT with Target, Monthly MIS Data with Supporting.
