Job Description:
Responsible for generating revenue through sales of wires in domestic market.Meet and liaise with the Customers representatives at all stages of the enquiry and contract.Exchanging ideas with assigned customers building a successful and aligned strategy.Interface with R&D, Sales Support, Product Management and Logistics to clarify customer requirements before quoting or requiring purchasing needs.Represent in discussions and workshops with dealer/Distributers, including making presentations to customers.To create team of his own and work collaboratively with team to meet customer objectivesAchieving Marketing & Sales Objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying trends; determining system improvements;Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Determining Annual and Gross-Profit Plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.Improving Product Marketability And Profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities;Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
Job Specification:
Should be a part of a professional sales team as renowned company, within the wires & cable industry.B2C Industrial solution sales.Promote the brand towards becoming a leading player in this market.Degree in any discipline, preferably an engineer.Experience in Sales of house wires for minimum of 15-20 yrs experience preferably in all India basis.Good exposure in channel marketing.
