Sr. Manager/manager – Land Acquisition – Only from Solar Industry
Job Description:
Understand the state rules for Land acquisition (Preferably North Indian States)
Survey of land, due diligence and Sales deed process
Land inspection and document procurement and verification
Land identification of govt/private and assigned lands
Understanding of Solar park and Non Solar park regulations
Negotiations with land owners
Arrange for all land related approvals
Arrange for all approvals related to the setting up and operation of Solar projects
Meeting with Govt officials
Understand the PPA Norms and regulations
Gather market and competitive intelligence
Ensure smooth functioning of the set up processes
Understanding of MS Excel and MIS reporting through Dashboards
Coordination with cross functional teams to achieve the desired results
Projects Budgets- Preparation of budgets and get required approvals from the management
Lead and mentor teams located at regions
All Project Development related Activities
Transmission and Distribution Approvals from various Govt Agencies
Manage the Teams and access their training requirements
Increase the market share through Private contracts
Ensure timely resolution of objections/clarifications from Govt agencies
Relationship building and management
Collection of funds from the Govt agencies
Position will be Stationed at New Delhi (Aerocity)

o Have High Integrity and must be willing to travel across the country as per the requirements of the project
