In the newly formed company, CIL holds a 74% equity stake, while RRVUNL owns the remaining 26%. The entity has been set up as a private limited company, starting with an initial capital of ₹10 lakh. This structure allows operational flexibility while maintaining strong public sector backing.
The primary focus of the new subsidiary will be the development of solar and wind energy projects. Rajasthan, with its vast solar potential and favorable wind corridors, offers an ideal environment for scaling up renewable installations.
