3. Explanation for **variation in site preparation costs** – ₹223.79 lakh incurred vs. ₹20 lakh estimated.
4. Confirmation and justification for **₹13.64 lakh spent on Building & Colony works**.
5. Justification for **54.48% cost escalation** in transformer procurement.
6. Submit **awarded cost vs. completion cost comparison**.
7. Resubmit **Form-12 with exact date of completion**, not just month.
8. Justify **delay in material supply** (2 years and 5 months delay from NOA issuance).
9. Provide **activity-wise time delay analysis** in specified tabular format.

#### **To CTUIL (Central Transmission Utility of India):**

* **File affidavit within 2 weeks**, addressing:

1. Provide **completion schedule** for the associated Phase-II-Part-A scheme.
2. Confirm whether **ICT commissioning was deferred** and under which regulatory provision.
3. Clarify whether the transmission asset is part of a **common or beneficiary-specific transmission system**, with supporting details.

#### **To All Respondents (including CTUIL):**

* **File replies within 2 weeks**, with a copy to PGCIL.
* PGCIL may file its **rejoinder** within the following 2 weeks.
