### 📌 Tender Highlights (DVC)
* **Scope of Work**:
* Manufacture, supply, delivery, and installation of materials at site.
* Design, engineering, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of floating solar system arrangements including civil works at Mejia Thermal Power Station (MTPS).
* Supply of mandatory spares is also part of the contract.
* **Eligibility**:
* Contractors must meet MES/DVC eligibility norms, including prior experience in similar works, financial soundness, and statutory registrations.
* Foreign firms are not eligible; only Indian contractors/firms can participate.
* **Contract Value & Security**:
* Security Deposit-cum-Performance Guarantee is required, typically **5% of the total contract value**.
* Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) details are specified in the Notice Inviting Tender.
* **Completion Period**:
* The project completion timeline is **210 days (about 7 months)** from the date of issue of LOA/Work Order.
* **Penalty for Delay**:
* Delay attracts **1% per week**, subject to a maximum of **10% of the total contract value**.
* **Taxes & Duties**:
* Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes, levies, duties, and GST (wherever applicable).
* GST will be reimbursed based on actuals as visible in GSTR-2B.
