### **1. Project Details**

* **Payment Terms:** Linked to milestones (supply, erection, commissioning).

**Technical:**
* Experience of EPC of grid-connected solar plant(s) ≥100 MWp cumulative, including at least one project ≥50 MWp (operational for ≥6 months).
* Must also have executed 132 kV or higher transmission line (min. 10 km length) including substation works.
**Financial:**
* Average annual turnover ≥ USD 120 million (last 3 FYs).
* Positive net worth in last FY.
* Working capital ≥ USD 40 million.
**Consortium:**
* Allowed (max. 2 partners).
* Lead partner must meet ≥50% of technical & financial requirements.
