2. **Non-MES Enlisted Contractors**
* Must meet enlistment criteria of *Class D & Category b(i)* (as per MES Manual 2020).
* Should not have adverse remarks, suspension, debarment, or blacklisting.

* Must submit proof of solvency, turnover, EPF code, and GST registration.
3. **Special Conditions**
* Contractors one class below may apply if fewer than 7 eligible contractors participate, subject to work load and financial strength.
