In Detail : APM Terminals Pipavav has flagged off a dedicated block train carrying 90 twenty-foot general-purpose containers from Pipavav Port to the Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Kanakpura, Jaipur. This operation supports a significant solar energy project in Rajasthan, emphasizing the port’s role in facilitating large-scale renewable energy initiatives.
The cargo was shipped from Malaysia aboard the vessel ONE MARVEL (V-0079W) and transported in a single train movement to Jaipur ICD. This seamless operation highlights the efficiency of end-to-end logistics for time-sensitive industrial projects.
