## 🧮 **Eligibility Criteria**
### For **MES-Enlisted Contractors**
* Must be enlisted in **Class ‘D’ or above** under MES rules.
* No adverse performance remarks in workload reports.
* Must satisfy **prequalification requirements** (Note 1 in Appendix A).
### For **Non-Enlisted Contractors**
* Must meet equivalent criteria of **Class ‘D’** contractors.
