## Scope of Work (Business Critical)

The contractor is responsible for **end-to-end maintenance** of the solar PV plant, including but not limited to:

1. **Module cleaning** (every 5 days, using soft sponge/water – no detergents)
2. **Vegetation removal** for shadow-free operation
3. **Cable, wire, and connection box checks** (corrosion, tightness, insulation)
4. **String inverter maintenance** (dust removal, ventilation, functionality testing)
5. **Replacement of non-functioning parts** (except items still under manufacturer warranty – solar panels 24 years, inverters 4 years)
6. **Breakdown maintenance** – immediate response to restore generation
7. **Preventive maintenance** – at least once per quarter
8. **Data Acquisition System (DAS) upkeep** – cloud-based monitoring, Wi-Fi devices, reporting
9. **Protection systems** – lightning, surge, earthing, grid islanding
10. **Tools, tackles, safety equipment** – to be provided by contractor
