### **4. Eligibility / Qualification Criteria**
* **Technical Experience:**
* Must have executed **at least one Solar PV Power Plant ≥10 MWp** at a single location, in successful operation for last **6 months**.
* Proof: Original notarized copies of Work Order/LOI & Completion Certificate.
* **Financial Criteria:**
* **Average Annual Turnover (FY 2022–23, 2023–24, 2024–25):** ≥ ₹36 lakh.
* **Net Worth:** Positive in FY 2024–25.
* Proof: Audited Financial Statements / CA Certificates with UDIN.
* **Other Mandatory Registrations:**
* PAN, GST, PF, ESI, IT returns.
* Bank Solvency Certificate (not older than 3 months).
* Affidavit for litigation history, declarations, & “No Deviation” certificate.
* **Disqualifications:**
* Firms with poor performance, litigation with B\&R/clients, or false document submissions.
* **No JV/Consortium/SPV/SPE participation allowed.**
