**Purpose of EOI**
CEL invites **Expression of Interest (EOI)** from **financially and technically capable EPC contractors** for **empanelment**. The empanelled firms will be eligible for future **award of EPC contracts** related to **Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Systems**, including:
* **Solar PV Power Plants**
* **Solar Home Lighting Systems**
* **Solar Street Lighting Systems**
* **Solar Water Pumping Systems**, etc.
These works will support the timely execution of solar projects awarded to CEL.

* **EOI Submission**:
Must be submitted **online only** via the **Central Public Procurement Portal**:

EOIs will be **opened on the 15th and last working day of every month** until the closing date.
