In Short : Delta Electronics India has signed three strategic MoUs with KP Group to advance clean energy initiatives. The collaboration covers battery energy storage systems, green hydrogen, and EV charging infrastructure. Delta will supply 1 GW of solar inverters and provide technical support, while KP Group will lead project execution. The partnership aims to accelerate India’s renewable energy and net-zero goals.

In Detail : Delta Electronics India has entered into a strategic partnership with KP Group by signing three Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). These agreements aim to accelerate clean energy deployment across various sectors, including battery storage, green hydrogen, and electric vehicle infrastructure in India.

As part of the collaboration, both companies will jointly develop scalable Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). KP Group will handle project execution, while Delta Electronics will provide key components such as inverters, energy management systems, and smart diagnostics tools to ensure efficient operation.

The partnership also includes plans to establish green hydrogen production facilities powered by renewable energy. Delta Electronics will contribute advanced technologies including hydrogen compression units and software platforms to monitor and manage these facilities, while KP Group focuses on infrastructure development.

Another significant area of cooperation involves the expansion of EV charging networks. Delta will supply EV chargers and integrated billing systems, contributing to the growth of India’s electric mobility ecosystem. KP Group will support deployment across strategic locations.

Delta Electronics has committed to supplying nearly 1 gigawatt of solar photovoltaic inverters over the next year to support KP Group’s growing portfolio of solar energy projects. These inverters are designed to enhance the performance and reliability of both standalone and hybrid solar systems.

The agreement also includes training, commissioning support, and after-sales services. This partnership marks a significant step toward scaling up India’s clean energy infrastructure, with plans for future collaboration on global clean technology projects and shared contributions toward India’s net-zero ambitions.
