* Work completion certificate must include: capacity, cost, start date, scheduled & actual completion, compensation (if any).
* **Turnover:** Average annual turnover (last 3 yrs) ≥ 50% of estimated cost (≈ ₹29 lakh). CA certificate (with UDIN) required.
* **Other Requirements:**
* Valid PAN card.
* Valid GST registration or undertaking to obtain within 1 month of award.
* Affidavit confirming no back-to-back subcontracting.
* No Joint Ventures allowed.
