### **2. PURPOSE OF THE NOTICE**
– To propose the **Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (Group Net Metering and Virtual Net Metering for Renewable Energy) (Seventh Amendment) Guidelines, 2025**.
– This is a **draft amendment** to the existing guidelines on group net metering and virtual net metering for renewable energy in Delhi.

### **3. PUBLIC CONSULTATION PROCESS**
– **Draft Guidelines Available:** The full draft of the **Seventh Amendment Guidelines, 2025** is published on the DERC website: **[www.derc.gov.in](http://www.derc.gov.in)**
– **Invitation for Feedback:** The Commission invites **comments and suggestions** from the public, stakeholders, and interested parties on the draft guidelines.
– **Deadline for Submission:** All comments/suggestions must be submitted by **24th December 2025**.
– **Issue Date of Notice:** **17th December 2025**
