### **Project Overview:**

GAIL (India) Ltd., a Maharatna PSU, has invited **domestic competitive bids** for the **design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance** of a **17.5 MW (AC) Grid-Connected Floating Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant** at its Pata facility.

### **Scope of Work:**

**A. EPC Scope (12 Months)**

* Design, engineering, procurement, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 17.5 MW floating solar PV plant.
* Setup of associated **power evacuation system** up to final delivery point.

**B. O\&M Scope (3 Years)**

* Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O\&M) of the plant for 3 years after successful completion of the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT).

**C. CAMC Scope (10 Years)**

* Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of **critical equipment** for 10 years post-OAT.
