– Facilitate **INR 5 lakh crore** in investments.
– Create **6 lakh green jobs**.
– Reduce **2 MMTPA natural gas consumption** and eliminate **5 MMTPA CO₂ emissions**.

### **3. Strategy**
– Strengthen green hydrogen value chain (upstream, midstream, downstream).
– Facilitate land, incentives, and infrastructure.
– Enable exports and global positioning.
– Promote PPPs, R&D, skill development, and employment.

### **4. Project Eligibility & Incentives**
– **Eligible Developers**: Companies, corporates, associations, government entities.
– **Selection**: Competitive bidding or committee approval.
– **Projects must**:
– Be registered during policy period.
– Use new plant/machinery.
– Source renewable energy via captive, open access, DISCOM, power exchange, or storage.

### **6. Support for Associated Renewable Energy Projects**
– Priority in land/water allocation for RE linked to GH projects.
– Facilitation of off-grid RE projects.
– Grid connectivity as per GERC/CERC regulations.
– Planning for **Dedicated Green Transmission Corridor**.

### **7. Infrastructure & Facilitation**
– **Land**: GIDC priority allocation in industrial areas.
– **Water**: Nodal Agency to coordinate water supply, desalination, approvals.
– **Storage & Transport**: Facilitate approvals, safety standards, common infrastructure.
– **Port Infrastructure**: Support export through ports.
– **Manufacturing**: Electrolyser/equipment mfg. eligible under industrial policies.
