## 💰 Commercial Terms

* **LD:** 0.5%/week, max 10%.
* **Repeat order:** Up to 50% within 6 months.

* **Financials:** Solvency ≥50% contract value; CA-certified turnover (last 5 yrs).
* **Experience PQC:** 1×80% / 2×50% / 3×40% of est. value in past 5 yrs.
* **Docs required:** PAN/GST, EMD, solvency, past SOs/completion certs, ISO 9001, ALMM/OEM certificates.
* **Leh service centre:** Mandatory, with photos + Rent Deed + escalation matrix (non-compliance → disqualification).
* **Training:** OEM-led, 1 month O&M.
